REGISTRATION WAIVER In consideration of being given the opportunity to participate in the 2020 Genuine Tire & Auto Performance Car Show (event) I hereby agree, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and/or assigns to release, indemnify and forever hold harmless Genuine Tire & Auto Inc. and Drive 4 Entertainment Inc. or any their affiliated companies and divisions and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns from any claim or liability whatsoever including, without limitation, any claim or liability relating to property damage or personal injury to myself or any other person resulting from my participation in the event. I hereby agree to comply, while participating in the 2020 Genuine Tire & Auto Performance Car Show with all instructions and safety requirements as directed by the event personnel. I further agree that my name, photograph, videotaped image, comments and biographical information may be used in perpetuity by Genuine Tire & Auto Inc. and Drive 4 Entertainment Inc. their agents and affiliates for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium worldwide without compensation. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Declaration and Release and I agree to be legally bound by its terms.

I have read and understood the Registration Waiver

COVID-19 WAIVER I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that Genuine Tire & Auto Inc. and Drive 4 Entertainment Inc. has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I further acknowledge that Genuine Tire & Auto Inc. and Drive 4 Entertainment Inc. can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, staff, and other consumers and their families. I voluntarily seek to participate in the Genuine Tire & Auto Performance Car Show provided by Genuine Tire & Auto Inc. and Drive 4 Entertainment Inc. and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending the Genuine Tire & Auto Performance Car Show. I attest that: * I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. * I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days. * I have not traveled to a highly impacted area within the United States of America in the last 14 days. * I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. * I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities. * I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I hereby release and agree to hold Genuine Tire & Auto Inc. and Drive 4 Entertainment Inc. harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the event, or that may otherwise arise from Genuine Tire & Auto Performance Car Show. I understand that this release discharges Genuine Tire & Auto Inc. and Drive 4 Entertainment Inc. from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the Genuine Tire & Auto Performance Car Show with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, the Genuine Tire & Auto Performance Car Show from Genuine Tire & Auto Inc. and Drive 4 Entertainment Inc. This liability waiver and release extends to the Genuine Tire & Auto Car Show together with all owners, partners, and employees.

I have read and understood the COVID-19 Waiver

We are thrilled to announce our first annual Genuine Tire & Auto Performance Car Show in partnership with and Driven held at our shop!

The show will run Saturday, September 19th, 2020 from 10am – 3pm and we will be following all Brantford COVID by-laws including social distancing, hand sanitizing and mandatory masks. Drop by any time during our event to experience resto-mods, classic cars and more.
