Our managers leading the way to prevent injuries and work-related illnesses. For team members, safety training starts on day one, and the hands-on and computer-based safety training never stops.

Part of the selection process is before being hired you must submit your current safety certificates in the training, tools and equipment to keep team members safe; team members make safety both a habit and an attitude.

To ensure we’re always doing our best to provide a safe and healthy workplace, we share best practices via email and written format, we evaluate our procedures, we train on a state-of-the-art learning management system, and we set the bar high.

Safety is a part of our culture; we deliver our promise to get team members home safely every day. During our weekly company meeting we review the previous week’s activity and adjust accordingly.
